EVALUATION METHODOLOGY

The evaluation methodology is based on the following guidelines:

  • Promotion of the policy for the rights of persons with disabilities;
  • Equal opportunities;
  • Degree of sustainability of the projects;
  • Availability of material and psychological resources, that enable the employee with disability to be fully capable to execute his activity, aiming his social inclusion, autonomy and independence in the work environment;
  • Potential for replication and multiplication of the initiatives.
